A granular soil will absorb more water than, say, a soil with a high concentration of clay. The depth of the water table will also have a bearing on the level of percolation, and the best way to ascertain this is through testing of the soil's capabilities. Each job is carried out based on your requirements, the site location, and any constraints applicable. Once the site works are completed, a report will be prepared which will demonstrate the suitability of a soakaway on your site. Please contact us to discuss the options for percolation testing, and we will be happy to run through this with you. Alternatively, you can check out our other services which include
trial pits,
bore holes,
contamination testing, and
geotechnical reports.
